SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Many American Mafia products are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced, inspected, and prepared for shipment before it leaves the fulfillment facility.
Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, availability, holidays, and fulfillment location.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method, destination, and carrier.
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has shipped.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Products within the same order may be produced or fulfilled at different facilities. As a result, an order may arrive in more than one package and at different times.
You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production or has been shipped.
RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another issue attributable to the information provided with the order, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
We will work with the fulfillment provider and/or shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please follow the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy and contact us as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International availability and shipping options are determined by the destination and will be displayed at checkout when available.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because many American Mafia products are made to order and can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after an order has been submitted.
