RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At American Mafia, many of our products are produced specifically for each order. Because of the made-to-order nature of these items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
SIZE & FIT
Please review the size guide provided on the product page before ordering. Because many American Mafia products are made specifically for your order, we generally cannot provide refunds or exchanges when the customer orders the wrong size.
RETURNS
Do not return merchandise to the address shown on the shipping package without first contacting us. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted or processed.
If we authorize a return, we will provide instructions on where and how the item should be returned.
REFUNDS
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider and may take several business days after the refund has been issued.
LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If your tracking information shows a delivery problem or your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the shipment with the fulfillment provider or carrier.
CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
Orders enter production quickly. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted for fulfillment. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change.
LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Where applicable law provides additional cancellation, return, refund, or warranty rights, those rights will apply.
