RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At American Mafia, many products are made specifically for each order. We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, Email contact@shopamericanmafia.com within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

SIZE & FIT

Review the size guide on the product page before ordering. Because many products are made specifically for your order, we generally cannot provide refunds or exchanges when you select the wrong size.

RETURNS

Contact us before returning merchandise. Do not send items to the address on the shipping package unless we instruct you to do so.

If a return is authorized, we will provide the return address, instructions, and any applicable deadline. For an approved damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item claim, we will cover any required return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 calendar days from refund approval for the refund to appear in your account, including processing by your bank or payment provider.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, report the issue within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.

We will investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

Orders enter production quickly. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted for fulfillment. Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation.

LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Any additional cancellation, return, refund, or warranty rights required by applicable law remain in effect.
