SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
American Mafia currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the United States.
ORDER PROCESSING
Many American Mafia products are made to order. Production, inspection, and preparation take place before shipment.
Please allow up to 14 business days for made-to-order production and preparation. Many items are ready sooner. Processing times vary by product, availability, order volume, holidays, and fulfillment facility.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
SHIPPING TIMES
Production time and shipping time are separate. Shipping estimates begin after your order leaves the fulfillment facility.
Standard shipping to United States addresses typically takes 1–20 business days after shipment, depending on the product and fulfillment facility.
For products in our general shipping profile, estimated transit times are:
• Standard shipping: 4–20 business days after shipment.
• Express shipping, where offered: 3–9 business days after shipment.
Express shipping does not shorten production time. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing for products shipped from overseas facilities, and fulfillment disruptions may affect delivery.
FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING ORIGINS
American Mafia uses multiple third-party print-on-demand companies connected to our Shopify store to produce and ship products directly to customers.
Orders may ship from facilities within or outside the United States, depending on the product and fulfillment partner. Shipping only to United States customers does not mean every product is manufactured or shipped from a United States facility.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer free standard shipping on United States orders with a merchandise subtotal of $70 or more after discounts, excluding taxes.
For orders below $70, standard shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Some products qualify for free shipping below this threshold.
Express shipping, where available, costs extra and is not included in the free standard shipping offer.
Orders may arrive in separate shipments. Qualifying orders receive free standard shipping even when products ship from different fulfillment partners.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information after your order ships.
Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Products in the same order may be produced or shipped from different facilities. Your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.
We will not charge additional shipping after checkout solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and review it before placing your order.
If you notice an address error, email contact@shopamericanmafia.com immediately with your order number and the corrected address.
We cannot guarantee address changes once production has started or the order has shipped.
RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another issue attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
We will explain any applicable reshipping charges before arranging reshipment.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, email contact@shopamericanmafia.com with your order number and tracking information.
We will work with the fulfillment partner or carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email contact@shopamericanmafia.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for claim deadlines and available resolutions.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Made-to-order products may enter production shortly after purchase. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is submitted.
Email contact@shopamericanmafia.com immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will check the order status and explain the available options.
